Castelgarden XK160HD

Description

The Castelgarden XK160HD front deck is designed for the medium to large garden. Powered by a Briggs & Stratton 500cc single cylinder engine, it comes with a pedal operated hydrostatic transmission. This, combined with its low designed 105cm cutting deck, gives the user greater control when tackling any challenges in the garden such as tight corners, hedges and park benches.

Engaging the cutting deck couldn’t be easier which is done manually by a lever located near the driver.  It has ten preset cutting heights, ranging from 25mm to 85mm,  which are selected manually by using the lever located on the deck. Its articulated steering system ensures that wherever you go the rear wheels will always follow precisely in the track of the front wheels. This contributes to excellent manoeuvrability and a minimal turning radius.

The Castelgarden XK160HD is also an extremely versatile machine. Its Multiclip system recycles grass clippings, turning the grass into fertiliser for your lawn, while its rear discharge option deposits the grass behind the machine. This is an appropriate alternative to employ when the grass is long.
